A proud Florida native, Felicia Cimaglia has always had a deep love for sunshine, the water, and the joy of having a pool in her own backyard. That lifelong passion for outdoor living came full circle when she joined Suncoast Custom Pools as the Director of Business Development and Marketing. In this role, Felicia is committed to showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship that sets Suncoast apart—fostering strong relationships with builders, engineers, and architects to highlight the precision and value of the company’s custom pool work.

Felicia holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University, along with a Business Marketing certificate from the University of South Florida. Her professional background includes over a decade in physician engagement and pharmacy process improvement within the oncology space. She has also led marketing initiatives for several nonprofits, where she discovered a true passion for brand storytelling, community outreach, and elevating business visibility.

With a natural gift for networking and relationship-building, Felicia brings a strategic mindset and genuine connection to every project she undertakes. She thrives on helping businesses grow through impactful partnerships and meaningful brand awareness.

In her free time, Felicia enjoys teaching dance, soaking up the sun, traveling, spending quality time with her family, listening to vinyl records, and hanging out with her dog.
