Originally from Tennessee, Eric has spent most of his life in Florida, where he has built both his family and an accomplished career in the construction industry. With more than 20 years of construction experience, Eric brings extensive hands-on knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a meticulous eye for detail to his role as Construction Superintendent at Suncoast Custom Pools.

Eric takes tremendous pride in doing things the right way. His approach to construction is rooted in precision, quality craftsmanship, and attention to every detail—from exact measurements to the final finishes. He believes that a successful project is one that not only looks exceptional when complete, but is built to the highest standards every step of the way.

Outside of work, family is Eric’s greatest priority. He has been married for more than 23 years and is a proud father of two. When he’s not overseeing projects, Eric enjoys spending time with his family on the water, especially boating and fishing.
