Edgar Rauch brings eight years of project management experience in the pool industry, with extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial pool construction. Before entering the pool industry, Edgar worked as a field supervisor for a landscaping company, gaining valuable hands-on experience with koi ponds, waterfalls, and custom water features.

As a Construction Superintendent at Suncoast Custom Pools, Edgar helps oversee projects from construction through completion, keeping quality, communication, and attention to detail at the forefront. He believes keeping clients informed throughout the process is key to a successful experience and that quality craftsmanship should never be compromised.

Edgar’s favorite part of the job is seeing a finished project come to life and witnessing a client’s excitement over the transformation of their outdoor space. For him, delivering that final “wow” factor is one of the most rewarding parts of what he does.

Outside of work, Edgar is an avid traveler who has visited 48 U.S. states and 17 countries. He also enjoys paddleboarding and is a passionate soccer enthusiast with more than 22 years of coaching experience.
