Paver and Natural Stone color variation can change due to moisture and density of material.
Travertine, Marble, Shell Stone, Limestone, and other natural stones are a product of nature. Variations in color, shade, texture & veining are inherent in such natural stone. There are no guarantee of what elements and/or minerals may be in the natural stones. Variations in natural stones may occur during quarrying, cutting, polishing, or exposure to the elements. Because it is a natural product, there is a risk that there may be iron ore deposits within the natural stone and cause it to "rust". Additionally, holes are expected unless you are purchasing a honed and filled material. Edges & corners may not be perfectly square; they may be rounded or chipped. If you are adding to or extending an existing area, it is unlikely that stones will match since it has been quarried at different times and from different areas of the quarry or quarries. Sealing the deck after completion is an option and is not included in this proposal. Because these stones are a natural product, neither the supplier nor Accurate Pavers can Warranty the stone itself.
Variations in color, shade, texture are inherent in concrete pavers. Sample pad colors may vary due to variations in dye lots. Thick and Thin pavers, including coping, will have variation in color. This applies to solid and blended colors. This is normal characteristic of sand set and is not a failure on installation. I understand and accept the inherent nature of this product and its installation.
Porcelain pavers cannot be cleaned with pressure washers or high-pressure hoses, as it can ruin the integrity of the joint material. Polymeric sand, epoxy sand, and grout can develop expansion cracks and may loosen due to significant temperature changes, thus requiring regular maintenance.
