Rising Star in Business and Community
Named 40 Under 40 – Felicia Cimaglia’s Journey
At just 30 years old, Felicia Cimaglia is making waves in Florida’s business community, and for a good reason. Named in the Business Observer’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2025, Felicia has charted a deliberate path from healthcare into entrepreneurship and public relations.
After a decade in the healthcare sector, Felicia faced disruption when key departments at her company were eliminated. Rather than letting that setback dictate her next move, she leveraged her strengths in marketing, communications, and networking to launch a social media marketing venture. One of her early clients? Suncoast Custom Pools, and in January 2025, she officially joined the firm full-time.
What truly stands out is the way Felicia is transforming her corporate role into a platform for giving back. She led a partnership between Suncoast Custom Pools and the YMCA of Southwest Florida to provide swimming lessons for every new pool built. This kind of community-minded approach not only fosters brand goodwill but also reflects personal values.
Her entrepreneurial drive is rooted deeply in family. Felicia often cites her grandparents, Tom and Sandy Cimaglia, as her biggest inspirations. They built multiple small businesses from the ground up, not with privilege, but with grit, connection-building, and faith. That legacy is evident in her client interactions; she prioritizes trust, personal connection, and high-touch communication.
Outside work, Felicia remains active in the Collier Building Industry Association, splitting time between in-office work, field meetings, and remote responsibilities. Her story is a reminder that setbacks can spark reinvention and that success is often rooted in authenticity, perseverance, and the relationships we build along the way.
