First of all we would like to “Thank Suncoast Custom Pools for a Beautiful Pool and an excellent experience”.

Due diligence is what I preach and of course did so with this project. We met with four pool contractors including SunCoast looking for Quality, Price, Timely Manner and Trust. After four bids, checked references and Better Business Bureau we were close to making our decision. The last piece was trust that was very important to us. Josh always followed thru with what he had promised and was available to answer all questions that we had. Josh had an excellent sales pitch and it was very apparent that he truly cared about the customer and what sun coast stood for. This was why we chose Suncoast to construct our custom pool.

Just wanted to take a quick moment to tell you how pleased we were with you and your company. Our family is delighted to finally have our pool and spa installed and have enjoyed our new outdoor space immensely.

As you know, we were more than just a little reluctant starting a pool project and residing out of the country. You managed the job perfectly, keeping it moving at a very aggressive pace. This is a testament to the relationships you have with your trades people. Getting sub-trades to show up on time and complete their part of the project in an efficient and thorough manner is often the bulk of frustration associated with construction projects. Your crew cleaned up the jobsite completely, and were courteous to the neighbors, minimizing the necessary disrupt that work like this can cause. Thank you for working with the HOA and the neighbors to smooth over the rough edges and for helping us get the project approved.

Your regular updates and availability to answer questions were key in making the process stress-free. And though I am an experienced renovator, that’s officially a first for me. If I were in a position of wealth, I’d give you a handsome bonus for being the only contractor I’ve ever dealt with who has kept his word, and for completed the job on-time and on budget!

Lastly, I also wanted to comment on your follow up customer service. I so appreciate the opportunity to spend time with your staff to learn how to use the new equipment. They were friendly and more than prompt in answering my questions and concerns.

Again, thank you for a job very well done. I would happily serve as a reference for any prospective out-of-country clients who have similar concerns.

I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience with Suncoast Custom Pools. In short, delightful. I'm in a unique situation in that I'm a part time Florida resident. The pool was built in it's entirety while I was out of the country - in 3 weeks no less!

Let me begin by saying, I'm a pool newbie. I researched pool contractors, checked the Better Business Bureau, and called references. After all of that I interviewed 3 contractors. What set Suncoast apart was that Josh McKenna not only does the sales presentation, but also oversees the constuction. With the other companies I dealt only with sales people. Josh helped guide me through the construction process, presented me with a fair quote, and assured me he'll make sure my pool is the envy of the neighborhood. I never felt pressured and always felt confident in the product that was promised.

As a Dirctor of a Surgery Center I'm use to calling the shots and being in charge. Since I was going to be out of the country during the construction it took a huge leap of faith to turn this project over to another individual. I have no regrets.
Josh contacted me when necessary, reassured me when I needed it, and presented me with a beautiful pool.

On June 17, 2010 we will be celebrating the 1 year anniversary of our Suncoast Pool and could not be more satisfied.
